Do you need experience to participate in activities?

No, most experiences are also suitable for beginners.

At the beginning of each experience there is an initial briefing with the experienced guides who will accompany you through the experience. The trained and coached guides will give support for any eventuality during the activity.

Yes, for guided experiences we provide all the necessary equipment (kayaks, SUPs, wetsuits, masks, vests).

For rental instead, you can choose what you need.

Swimsuit, towel, water and sunscreen are the required things for all activities.

In some cases shoes and other materials are required, but in case the secretary will send you all the details in advance.

We operate between Portofino Park and Cinque Terre, with starting points indicated on each activity page.

We also offer activities in western Liguria in Bergeggi.
